Hotel Only Bookings

  • If we only book a hotel for a client, we do not charge a planning fee.  
  • The incentive for us to book the hotel vs. you booking it yourself, is that most luxury and boutique hotels offer amenities when the booking is made by a Travel Advisor. These usually include:
    • An upgrade if available
    • Early check-in/late checkout if available
    • Daily breakfast
    • A resort, food & beverage or spa credit
    • Complementary WiFi

Custom Trip Planning

  • We charge a planning fee for custom trips that ranges from $250 - $1500+ depending on the destination, the complexity of the trip, the number of travelers and the time of year.
  • The fee covers hotel booking, transfers, private touring & activities and restaurant recommendations/reservations.  
  • There is an additional charge for air: $53/ticket for domestic and $80/ticket for international
